You’ll come from a social care background, perhaps in the supported living or residential sector with the experience of working with people with Learning Disability and Autism. You’ll have the important role of a Support Worker where you will look after the personal safety and welfare of our residents. You will administer and monitor medication when needed and perform household duties around the home.
We believe our service users should not miss out on the fun things in life either. Here you’ll be assisting on trips to museums, farms, swimming, boat rides, shopping and maybe even a holiday or two!

Where will I be working?
We have few supported living places amongst the New Milton and Lymington and our team is ready and waiting for you. It’s easy to get to and the great thing is that you’ll get to work in one place and build that important relationship with our service users. We currently recruiting for few homes so need male and female support workers to look after individuals with complex behavioural needs. You will receive an induction before you start therefore you will be able to feel confident before you start.
We need confident staff members who can join the team.
Hourly rate is : £10.50 per hour with a higher rate for weekends
