What’s the role?
In the head office hub, you’ll be registering new candidates and taking them through our application process for Hospitality and Care roles across the UK. You’ll help them through the registration, check their documents, conduct interviews and be on standby if they need a helping hand. You’ll be responsible for looking after the compliancy for our staff, updating files, training and information where necessary.
Who are you?
Enthusiastic and confident on the phone with excellent organisation! We need an admin superstar who won’t forget to chase up those all-important references or assign training to candidates. You also need to be pretty tech savvy to get to grips with our in-house systems and processes. We want to turn over staff quickly whilst making sure we are adhering to the correct compliance. There’s no cutting corners here. We need an efficient worker who can get tasks done on time and follow the rules.
