Relief Chef Manager – Surrey and surrounding areas for Business and Industry Units   PERMANENT ROLE 

Job introduction

Recruiting a very experienced permanent relief chef manager to assist in managing up to 12 BI sites mainly in the Surrey area, it would be to your advantage if you live near Guildford.

Working for one of the larger contract caterers in the UK.

The Relief Chef Manager will cover various sites for sickness and holiday cover.

The relief chef manager must have excellent craft skills, be creative, good understanding of P&L accounts, excellent customer service, flexible and be able to work well under pressure.

Benefits

Up to £35k plus mileage per annum

Monday to Friday between 7am – 4pm, will need to be flexible

40 – 45 hours per week

Responsibilities

The Relief Chef Manager will be expected to cover various sites.

The Relief Chef Manager will be responsible for the front and back of house. Making sure the unit achieves budget, whilst building excellent relationships with the clients. You will be expected to work to very high standards, catering for various covers per day catering for breakfast and lunch. The chef manager will support the team in the delivery of excellent customer service, food quality and operational excellence.
