HR ADVISOR

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a fantastic contract caterer within the catering sector focusing on education and BI. Experience as an HR Advisor for a large employer is a must. 

• This role is based near Thame, Oxfordshire
• Up to £35k per annum
• Mon – Fri only!
• 37.7 hour per week between 8.30am to 5pm
• Progression with the company

The Ideal HR Advisor

·Minimum 2 years’ experience working in HR/People sector

·CIPD Level 5 or Level 7

·Basic understanding and knowledge of UK employment law

·A passion for HR & a real people person!

·High level of integrity

·Organised and able to prioritise work in a busy environment

·Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic

·Team player/ commitment to team objectives

·Diligent and analytical

·Excellent communicator at all levels

·Able to communicate both verbally and written in a professional manner

·Flexible, able to travel
