Chefs-Cooks  

 We are looking for a chef or cook to help support in our client in care homes and schools. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has worked in catering or kitchens to take on flexible, ongoing work. 

 We cover all areas in and around Croydon (CR5, CR8, CR0, CR2, CR7)

Responsibilities will include:
Basic cooking and food prep
Keeping your designated area clean, fully stocked, and tidy.
Keeping up to date knowledge and understanding of menus
Serving food
Supporting the kitchen team in ensuring all food safety and health and safety procedures are followed 

Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services 

About you: 

• Warm, friendly, and reliable 
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior Kitchen experience essential
  Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene (We can help with his!)
  High standards of hygiene and cleanliness 
• DBS Enhanced preferred (with adult or child or both) however can be applied for by Angel
