Between £13.00 to £15.00 per hour about £25100 per annum pro rata

Paid overtime

Term time only, working 36 weeks per year

10 – 12 weeks holiday per year

40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days

No late finishes or split shifts

This is a great opportunity for an experienced assistant manager that has a good understanding of the hospitality industry. The assistant hospitality manger must have a good eye for details, well organised, good team player, to make sure that the students and guests get the best service that they deserve.  The assistant manager will be working for a high profile school in Oxford, working for one of the larger contract caters in the UK.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for ensuring your team are delivering exceptional customer service, so much that our guests will keep coming back for more. You’ve got a positive outlook with great motivation for your team of 10 FOH.

You will be looking after the catering side of our school events and assist the general manager

With your keen eye for detail you will cast your vision throughout the kitchen and dining areas to make sure they meet you high standards. With you around, canapes are never in short and the chocolate fondant’s always served on time and to perfection.
