Area Manager £40k plus mileage education

We have an amazing opportunity for one of our clients recruiting for an area manager in Southeast London covering Crayford, Dartford and New Cross. The area manager will be supporting the operational manager in overseeing 9 education contracts.

Benefits

Up to £40k per annum plus £0.45 mileage

Monday to Friday,

40 hours per week, between 7am – 4pm

As an Area Manager, you will motivate, mentor and assist the Chef Managers in their units to achieving the best results, financially, service, quality and with the ability to guide your team and develop their talent.

You will focus on the customer service, making sure that exceptional food standards are met and increasing implementing new ideas

Our client is looking for someone who has previously managed several sites, within a contract catering/education environment.

We require a confident operator who can build credible relationships with our client.

Ideal Candidate

• It would be an advantage if you are craft skilled
• Have excellent communication and management skills
• An understanding of P&L accounts
• The ability to train, coach and develop people
• Excellent customer service
• Have experience overseeing up to sites
